Terms and Conditions

About booking

There are two ways to make a reservation.
You can choose between paying the full amount of the tour or to pay a 50% deposit.
You can also choose to pay via bank with a debit/credit card or with PayPal.
If you wish to pay in another way, please contact us.
After proceeding to book you will receive a confirmation email, coming with all the information you need about the tour (time-table, what to bring, etc).

Cancellation by client

For cancellations over 10 days before the tour date, we refund any amount paid.
For cancellations up to and including 10 days before the tour date, we do not refund any amount paid.

Cancellation by WALK-IT

If we have to cancel a tour due to weather conditions (heatwave, heavy rain, high winds, etc.) or for any other reason we refund any amount paid.
Please note that the weather in Crete could be different from one area to another and the weather forecasting could often be accurate 1-2 days before. In any case, if we have to cancel or change something about the tour, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Health Issues

If you have any health issues, such as heart problems, past injuries, allergies, or anything considered important while hiking, you need to pre-inform us.

Transportation & Accommodation

The transfer is done in cooperation with professional travel agencies with experienced drivers, to ensure the safety and comfort of your travels.
Boat trips are operated by licensed professional captains with their own boats.
For your overnight stays in our multi-day tours, we cooperate with guesthouses and small hotels, which have guaranteed quality in the services they offer.
